Why does the Brave website open in a New Private Window with Tor automatically?

When I try to go to the Brave website by entering brave.com in my address bar, it launches a new private window with Tor and opens the site there.

Why is this happening?

Go to Settings > Extensions and turn off Automatically redirect .onion sites.

Just go to settings>extensions and turn off “automatically redirect .onion sites”
