I live in Kyiv. In Ukraine. It says to me “Unfortunately, it looks like you’re in a region where Brave Rewards is not available.” I tried reinstalling Brave Browser, but I still got this error. I don’t use VPN.

Let me loop back in. I answered quickly while on a call. But when Russia/Ukraine war started going on, Uphold stopped offering accounts to people in the area and there were a lot of sanctions and all by governments. I’m not sure when that will change, but I’m guessing will be restrictions on anyone in Ukraine/Russia area until the war is over.
And as it linked to, https://support.uphold.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026786712-Non-Supported-Jurisdictions still has Ukraine as We are unable to offer new accounts in the following locations:. When they close off countries for new accounts, they also prohibit Brave from letting new connections go to them.
