However the last BAT reward i got to uphold was 2023!
I assumed the BAT pool had dried up but I now know thats not the case. Why am I not getting my BAT sent to uphold? Now ive missed out on 2 years worth of rewards despite Brave saying im viewing ads every single month in that time.
@Richie44 long story short, sounds like your account is flagged (suspended). That’s assuming you’re still connected to Uphold. Unfortunately Brave doesn’t have any notices within the browser. They just choose to stop making payments and only when a person contacts Brave about why payments are missing do they find out. This means situations like yours can happen, where people go long periods of time without payments and don’t realize.
You would need to create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 so someone from Brave can take a look at your account. They will either help resolve the issue and reinstate your account so you can start earning again or they may reveal that they decide not to reinstate your account.
If reinstated, you do not get anything for the time you were flagged. And regardless of their decision, they won’t ever tell you what happened or why. All they will reveal is if the issue is resolved or if your account won’t be reinstated and you’ll be unable to earn.

Its a bloody disgrace… I’ve been an advocate of Brave since 2020. Now I cannot in good conscience let this lay. Other people, people who are considering using Brave for the first time, need to know about this. And they are *hardly* public about that policy.
