Where is the pop up blocker for ads?

I have the latest brave (1.61.104) and there is no popup blocker!
This is why I use Brave, because it blocks ads.
I am on my laptop.
Where is it?

If you are looking for the control, it would be the lion face icon on the right of where the url goes

It says it blocks ads but it does not
And WHY when I log into either my bank or ebay or Amazon their websites do not requnise my log in when the log in are correct.
