Where is the "autoplay off" setting?

Description of the issue: there is no setting for “disable autoplay”

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Settings / Media

  2. The closest relevant setting is “background play”, which is not really the same thing.

Expected result:

Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.88.134
