Where do I go to manually delete cache

I’ve encountered the error code: status_breakpoint and read through the support articles. Reloading does nothing, the internet connection is fine and I can use incognito to view pages. It mentions to clear the cache but settings wont open since it opens in normal mode and not the incognito window.

I read through several other topics but i havent seen any saying they couldnt open the settings tab. Is there a manual way to clear cache or is there a way for me to save my bookmarks so I can import them with a fresh install?

I am running 1.68.128 version.

After a bit of trial and error and some more searching, i found the bookmarks in an aptly marked file and just copy/pasted into a fresh install and everything works fine now.

I do find it funny how no one seems to know why my settings wouldnt open with this error code though.
