Description of the issue:
Since the last update I can’t find my downloads anymore. The dock icon shows the number of downloads but when I go to brave://downloads/ it’s empty. Before this update I was always able to open my downloads directly from my finder. My finder downloads folder is empty too.

- Download any file
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
2. Dock icon number goes up
3. No files in brave://downloads/

Being able to locate and open my downloads
