What is a reasonable case for using Brave with Tor instead of the Tor Browser itself?

Brave is my default browser and I’m satisfied with it.

I also occasionally Tor, particularly for .onion sites.

I use an always on VPN at all times.

So …

What is a reasonable case for using Brave with Tor instead of the Tor Browser itself? As distinct from it being sort of OK?
