What do I need to modify to see open in web?

When I use the brave browser, there is no open in web option when I visit https://t.me/cytonic_official, but there is an open in web option when I use Google browser. What do I need to modify to see open in web?

I used a Windows OS 11 PC, running Brave Browser stable release version 1.76.82, and visited:

  • https://t.me/cytonic_official

That redirected to a telegram.com website.

There was no Open in Web option ← not even when using a Right-Click of the screen . . . for:

  • Brave Browser
  • Google Chrome
