Weird highlighting color on text areas

Hi first ^^

Description of the issue: When I click on some text areas on websites, the borders of this area always appeared blue like on the first screen (took on Opera)

But since a few hours, I have this kind of things on Brave, the text areas are highlighting in black and white, I find this very weird (second screen)

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3. I don’t know very well, I just went on a website

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!): image (took on Brave)

Expected result: image (screen took on Opera like I said)

Reproduces how often: It’s permanent on my PC

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): Version 1.10.90 Chromium: 83.0.4103.97 (Official Build) (64-bit). OS Windows 7 Service Pack 1
