Websites unreacheable with Brave (error code ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED) but OK with Chrome

Description of the issue:
I can’t access some websites like https://logicrdv.fr or https://billetreduc.com/ and always get an error code “ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED”.

I can however access those websites using chrome on the same Windows 10 laptop.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.44.105

Thanks. Avast antivirus Web Agent was responsible. I disabled the surveillance of the HTTPS and now it works.
