Webpage loads in private mode only

Description of the issue:

Since I cleared cache and cookies for all time for all webpages, one particular webpage does not load properly (page is empty) in normal mode. It does load properly in private mode

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu)

Mac OS Tahoe 26.1

Brave is up to date

Brave 1.85.118 (Official Build) (arm64)

Chromium: 143.0.7499.169

Additional Information:

Other webpages load and function correctly in normal window, but one particular webpage doesnt load in normal window, it only loads in private mode. It was loading properly in normal mode before i deleted all cache and cookies. I have deleted cache and cookies for this particular website and disabled extensions, reinstalled brave, but the page still does not load correctly. I see a line go across the screen but the page remains blank. Any advice?

I found the problem. It was an extension, a wallet called Cosmostation wallet. I disabled it and now that particular webpage loads. Strange.

Extensions have the potential to always interfere, even if unrelated.

PS: For next time, when it’s site specific, mentioning what the site is does help. :wink:
