How can this issue be reproduced?

Go to webpage and try it.

Happens every time on that webpage

It’s almost as if the webpage loads too fast for Brave to get it all, and gives up.
Expected result: The page to open so I can login to it.
Brave Version( check About Brave): Brave 1.84.129
Additional Information: I only want to be able to login, but the webpage just can’t seem to load everything in time before it times out or something. This has happened ever since I started using Brave Browser a year ago +/- a month. I will install the latest, and even a pre-release non-beta and it will be the same on that webpage.
