We are having trouble communicating with Uphold. Try reconnecting on publishers basic attention token

i got this problem since last month i already cleared cookies, login, logout and yet same problem. can you please help me on this.

Hi @xxdimples07xx,
What happens when you click disconnect, what do you see when you the reconnect?
Also, what do you see when you click continue to verify?

when i clicked “Click here to re-authorize with Uphold” nothing happened it doesn’t direct me to that link
