The Brave Team will never ask you for your recovery phrase or private key.
Description of the issue: I set my wallet on my brave computer and i set it also it on my phone with de recovery phrase. ( i didn’t notice the syncro possibility before ) But the amount of curency aren’t the same.
I guess i nead to sync with the QR code sync, but i just want to be sure i can’t lost my crypto during this process ?
Brave Wallet uses the recovery phrase to backup and import into new device. If you’d like to use the same wallet for both, you’ll need to reset the wallet for one of the devices and then import the recovery phrase from the main device.
I created my wallet on the computer and went through the steps to recover it on my android phone. After setting password and getting the “You’re All Set” screen, I click “Go to portfolio” and it takes me to “Create a wallet” or “Import existing” again. I’ve went through the process a few times.
Yes, I can confirm I am entering the recovery phrase correctly. After I enter recovery phrase, set password, and click “Go to portfolio” there is a “lock” screen that says double tap to unlock wallet and after the double tap is when it returns to the beginning of “Create a wallet” or “Import Existing.”
