Description of Issue:
Videos on X (Twitter) frequently fail to play, getting stuck in an infinite buffering loop. This issue occurs intermittently, affecting approximately 30-40% of videos.
Troubleshooting Steps Performed: The problem persists even after taking the following steps:
Disabling Brave Shields
Disabling all extensions
Resetting the browser to default settings
Additional Context: This issue appears to be specific to Brave, as the same videos play without any problems in other browsers. The bug is reproducible on the current live version of Brave.
