Verified account didn't received rewards

I have a verified gemini wallet. Estimated earnings 10.283 BAT. I got notice that I received 0.25 BAT ready to claim within 90 days. Why was I not paid the 10 BAT directly into a verified wallet?

Now the “estimated” balance of 10.283

BAT has disappeared and the only thing left is to claim 0.25. I have a verified wallet. The 10.283 BAT should have gone directly to the wallet. Attached screenshot.
