Hi, my Uphold verification failed. Uphold says the ID I submitted is not accepted due to the large age difference in my ID compared with my real-time selfie. So they closed my Uphold account, but even if there is a age difference, my ID is still valid in my country (France) and I can’t make another one before it’s not.
My uphold account is now closed, and when I try to verify my ID with they support, I feel like I’m conversing with robots that aren’t helping me…
