Unable to view videos on some sites

Description of the issue: On certain websites, when I try to view a video, this shows up. It only happens on my desktop version of brave. The same videos load on my phone on brave and it loads on other browsers as well.

These sites require membership to access the content so that might be the reason but I just wanted to make sure
