Unable to view my bookmarks saved in Brave after awhile after the browser is opened on my Android device

Bookmarks become unavailable after an internment amount of time.

Description of the issue:

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. When I first open Brave for Android, I’m able to go to my Bookmarks, but after an internment amount of time, trying to view them again results in an endless loop of circles, even if I left the tab open that I originally opened viewed them in.

  2. The only way I can view them again is to totally shut down Brave, both regular Brave and Private mode then restart Brave.

Expected result:

To be able to view my bookmarks at any time without having to restart Brave.
