Unable to use VPN

I paid $99.99 for the annual subscription to the firewall + VPN. I bought it on my desktop with a credit card. I received the email receipt with the invoice number. I already reviewed the help article about how to enable the VPN on iOS. The problem is, when I click on the VPN, it brings me to the page to order it or restore. It doesn’t let me restore the purchase. I then visit the website. It asks for my email address, and sends me a login link to my email. I click the link. It takes me to a page that shows the $99.99 price for the VPN, and the next payment date which is a year from now. However, the VPN does not become enabled now. It’s an endless loop. Attached is a screenshot of the screen I get stuck on. Please advise.

Hello @Joebolognese - I’m sorry to hear of troubles in linking your VPN subscription - you’ll want to follow the steps for linking additional devices to an existing desktop subscription, noted here. It’s very important to ensure all links open within the Brave browser on your devices, or that (upon receiving the sign-in link in your email), you’re able to copy the URL and paste it into a new tab in a Brave browser session. The steps will not work with third party browsers.
