Unable to sync passwords to android

Description of the issue: I have a sync chain set up between my Windows 11 PC, Windows 11 laptop, and Google Pixel 8 Pro. However, on my Google Pixel, in the sync settings, the password option is disabled. When I try to click it, the toggle switch stays in place and remains grey instead of turning orange. When I select sync everything, the passwords option remain disabled when all the others are enabled.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3. On the sync tab, all the toggle buttons are enabled except passwords.

Reproduces how often: This happens every time and I cannot get it work.

Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): Windows 11 pc: Version 1.70.123 Chromium: 129.0.6668.89 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Google Pixel 8 Pro: Brave 1.70.119, Chromium 129.0.6668.70, Operating system: Android 14

Type of devices currently running on the Sync chain in question: Windows 11 PC and Google pixel 8 pro

Additional Information: The sync used to work a few months ago, but for some reason no longer works now between the same devices.
