Description of the issue: impossible to play any dailymotion video, directly on the website or embedded in another page, with brave shields on or off. The vidéo playback is blocked at “Chargement de la vidéo (loading)”. It is probably because the website tries to load the ads, which is probably blocked by brave, even if brave shields are off
How can this issue be reproduced?

Open dailymotion site (from France?) with or without brave shields

Open any video (for instance https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x9oekmw ) or try to play any dailymotion vidéo embedded in another site (for instance https://www.lequipe.fr/Football/Actualites/La-video-du-premier-but-d-hugo-ekitike-avec-liverpool-apres-seulement-4-minutes-de-community-shield-contre-crystal-palace/1584333)

Try to play The video. It will stop at “chargement de la vidéo). The vidéo will not load (it does with chrome or firefox)
