Unable to disable "block script" on Brave shield

Description of the issue:
Brave Shield has enabled “Block script” on all sites by default, but I’m not able to disable it site by site.

With a new profile, the settings is disable by default, and I can switch how I want to true/false.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go on site with JavaScript (https://www.enable-javascript.com/ for e.g.)

  2. Check the message that say “JavaScript is disabled

  3. Try to disable “Block script”

Actual Result:
The “Block script” boolean automatically switch to true:

Allow me to switch this settings

Allow or Block JavaScript for specific website:

In a Brave Browser New Window, visit the specific website of interest. Click on the tune icon:

that is adjacent to the left end of the Brave Browser window’s URL address field.

In the resulting browser pop-down window, notice the JavaScript switch position.

@loganb you’re saying this issue only happens in private window? Do you have any extensions that you have allowed to run in private? Also, if you check brave://policy does anything show up?
