Hello,
I’ve just installed Brave on my Mac and created an account on Uphold.
The account has been verified on Uphold (mail, identity…)
When I want to connect Brave to uphold I get this error message (see screenshot)

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We will likely need some log data from you to resolve the issue. Please try the following:
- In Brave, go to
brave://flags and search for a flag called #brave-rewards-verbose-logging and set it to Enabled (make sure you relaunch the browser when prompted).
- Try linking your browser to Uphold again
- When the process fails, go to
brave://rewards-internals
- Click the
Logs tab, then Download full log
- Visit https://upload-support.brave.com/rewards and upload the logs you just downloaded
- Reply back here with the case number you received after submitting so I know which file is yours.
