In some Brave PWAs, turning on Ultra dark theme causes the windows controls (minimize, maximize, close) to become invisible. Only the black Title Bar is visible.
When highlighted with the mouse, the close button appears (white X on top of a red highlight) but the other two buttons (minimize and maximize) remain invisible. The buttons do function normally when clicked and the tooltip that displays their name when the mouse hovers over the button icons also functions normally.
I have observed this behavior on some, but not all of my PWAs. This issue is confirmed on the following Brave PWAs: Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Keep, Google Maps, Fantasy Premier League (fantasy.premierleague.com), Amazon Shopping, ESPN, PayPal and more.
Examples of Brave PWAs that DO NOT HAVE this issue are Google Messages, Reddit, and Instagram.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the affected PWAs does not solve the problem.

Open Brave Browser and open Gmail.com

Install Gmail as a Brave PWA

Launch the Gmail Brave PWA

Go to Brave > Settings > Appearance > Theme and enable Ultra dark theme

Observe the Window controls of the Gmail PWA become invisible as the Ultra dark theme option is toggled.

Repeat this with the other listed PWAs
Expected result: Window controls should remain visible at all times, including when Ultra dark theme is toggled.
