UI bug when appearance is set to Clear mode

Description of the issue:

In MacOS 26.2, when you go to your settings and choose the appearance of the icons & widgets as Clear, you’ll notice that the only icon that hasn’t the clear appearance is Brave Browser. However, this only happens when Brave is in your Dock, since it does appear the appearance when you go to your LaunchPad.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Make sure that Brave is in your Dock.

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Go to the Appearance section

  4. Go to Theme

  5. Choose the Icon&Widget appearance as Clear (choosing between Light, Dark or Auto is indifferent)

Expected result: you should now see that all the icons but Brave are in their clear mode (for the Dock). And in the LaunchPad, Brave appears to be clear.

Brave Version( check About Brave):

v1.85.116

Additional Information:

This issue should have been resolved. On my end I see all icons displaying correctly except for the Brave Nightly app, strangely. I’ll look into that but the stable and Beta build seem to be displaying as expected:

sometimes it does show as clear but sometimes it doesn’t.

It can sometimes bug when changing the mac appearance, sometimes it can change, sometimes it doesn’t.

I also made a post regarding the same. The brave icon on my mac stays clear but then reverts to a black background icon when I try downloading any type of file from the browser.

Do let me know if you find a solution.
