Trouble getting notifications working on android

I am trying to troubleshoot push notification issue with brave browser. I want push notifications from my email

I used the brave support page and tried to follow the instructions but I get hung up on the very first step. My url bar does not display any lock icon in the address bar. How do I enable push notifications. Brave has notifications enabled on android. That’s not the issue.

Yea, so Android Brave doesn’t have that located there like the desktop version as that menu (which is a Tune icon now, not a Lock) has no Site Settings link present:

Instead, you make these adjustments via this route:

Then from here, you can set those site based permissions here. If you go to All Sites, you can even set them “per site” as well.
