Very annoying every time after update find that toolbar moved back to top on Android. It should read settings from phone and don’t change user configuration. Thanks a lot.

Possible fix will be available in the next release.

You could try Chrome://flags, on search box type “Chrome Duet”, set “enabled”, reboot twice.
