Toolbar and address bar at bottom

i am using an android phone which has a large screen. unlike iphone ,which has the perfect size, android screen sizes are not that perfect(it is just large), it is hard for fingers to travel across the screen. i would like to have both toolbar and address bar at bottom. it will be great. please refer the design of microsoft edge in android, i love using it. also the menu of edge is great , please look into that too(just bring it as a option). i know many people will say having both toolbar and address bar at bottom will take space, but it is not a issue as there is enough space. also the wallpaper is not changing ,it’s same for a long time. please also consider shortcuts in home like in edge.
