"This site won't be shown again" is too severe of a penalty for removal of a top site

Recently Brave was updated and they added the addition of manually adding top sites which is a great feature! It was something I been requesting for a long time and finally they addressed it.

Now I have another great request. To lessen the penalty when removing a top site. When removing a top site the message shows up “This site will no longer show up”. In my opinion I would like the site to show up again later on if I decide I want it on top sites. Why removing the site puts it on a blacklist which is deeply rooted and can’t be found on a list to remove?

Can the developers make this penalty less severe and just make it a plain delete?

Test:

Pick some website that is not important. Make that a Top Site . Exit / Quit Brave Browser. Run Brave Browser. Remove the site.

Restart your compuing device. Run Brave Browser. Visit the site . . . and make the site a Top Site.

Arrggghhh I can’t get homedepot back on tops sites because I decided to delete it and Brave thought it was a good idea to banlist it permanently. SURE I can manually add it now with the recent adding of tops sites update, but that’s not the resolution.
