Text greyed out in tab titles and new tab button

Description of the issue:

  1. Text greyed out in tab titles
  2. new tab button greyed out too
  3. Only the text of the current tab is black, the usual.

Brave Version: Version 1.37.109 Chromium: 100.0.4896.60 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:
This issue appeared out of nowhere, it was working fine earlier. When I opened up task manager, there was the brave update process. I guess the update broke the feature or there was an issue in updating or something.
