Description of the issue:
just started 2 days ago. whenever i click to open any pictures on facebook (via a post or from messenger), the tab goes completely unresponsive. i have to close it, start a brand new tab, go back to facebook, and continue whatever i was doing.
How can this issue be reproduced?

- seems to only be happening on facebook, nowhere else.
- shields are off for facebook.
- tried clearing cache.
- tried restarting browser.
- tried restarting computer.
