Sync between iOS & MacOS

MacOS: 10.14.4 , Brave Browser: 0.63.48
iOS: 12.2 , Brave Browser: 1.9.1

The devices do not establish a sync. When creating a new Sync Chain on MacOS and then applying the QR Code into the iOS Browser, the MacOS Browser perpetually cycles on ‘looking for device’.
