Important routines for users of Brave Passwords Management:
- make export of passwords to CSV file
- make backup of Brave user data

PASSWORDS > CAUSES of, or EVENTS leading to, disappeared, lost, missing, “suddenly gone”
- browser > wrong data / wrong setting (somehow disabled?)
- browser update event
- changes to system ‘user name & password combination’ credential(s)
- cleared passwords by some act of clearing user data such as ‘On exit’
- encryption key changed > for ‘Login Data’ file records
- extension interference (competing password manager?)
- failure to maintain routine backups of passwords > exporting to CSV files
- ‘Local State’ file data corrupted / corruption / error / missing
- ‘Login Data’ file data corrupted / corruption / error / missing
- Operating System update event
