Suddenly BAT goes to zero

Hi!
Today my BAT balance went to zero.
The advertisements keep appearing to me but they are not credited to the pending payment. This only happened on one of my devices.
Previously I had little more than 3 BATS. i guess, i can not remember exactly.

I hope you can help me.

It just happened again. The funds awaiting to be paid on May decreased by 50%
