I am writing to report that I have not received any BAT rewards since I first joined Brave Rewards. Despite being active and seeing advertisements (as shown in my dashboard), my balance remains at 0.00 BAT

* **Status:** My payment account is connected and verified.

* **Activity:** I have viewed ads during the current period, but no earnings have been transferred to my balance.

* **Payout History:** I have never received a payout since the start of my subscription.
