Still no verification

Hello
It’s been more than 2 weeks since i installed brave, registered on uphold (with all the KYC verification completed successfully) and linked my youtube channel in order to get a referral to share with my friends (i already brought 5 on them on brave).
By the way if u see on my youtube channel it says that i’m not yet verified…

i have pending donations and i can’t figure out why it isn’t working if i did everything i had to!
Please help

This is caused by bug in the Rewards panel that the team is currently addressing. Due to this error, the list of verified publishers is sometimes not downloaded. We can, however, force the browser to re-downloaded the list. To do so:

  1. On your machine, locate a file called publishers_list in your Brave profile directory
    • OSX: /Users/[Your-user-name]/Library/Application Support/BraveSoftware/Brave-Browser-Development/Default
    • Windows: /AppData/Local/ OR /AppData/Roaming/
    • Linux: /.config/BraveSoftware/Brave-Browser-Development/Default
  2. Once found, close all instances of Brave, delete the publishers_list file, and relaunch Brave.
  3. Clear you browser cache (Menu --> History --> Clear browsing data).

Your site should now come up as verified.
