I too have been facing this issue for the past few days.
It has happened in the past too and it usually gets patched soon. So, lets just wait…

But, there is one worrying thing.
There is only one company that is currently giving New Tab ads in India and its about to expire tomorrow.
So, unless a new advertiser advertises their ad, it will be gone.
