(Split View) Support horizontal splits and/or grid splits

The split view works great and the ui is fluid and intuitive. However most other browsers implementing this feature also allow for horizontal splits (one virtual window below the other) and/or grid splits, in which you can have both modes simultaneously. Both are great for big screens, side content and testing layouts on web development. I’d like to see this productivity feature integrated on Brave
