Solana disappeared from wallet

On January 5, 2026, at 2:58 PM, I sent 0.79065527 SOL + fee (0.00134473 SOL) to my Brave Wallet SOLANA Account 1 (G7EV7pGxCWPHQBTbQUdY4gDVKDVeqz9Qzka5QXgSNnBt).

It was visible in my Brave Wallet after a few minutes. I then had other things to do and checked my wallet again in the evening, as I wanted to use the Sol right away. I had read that some people had experienced this and it reappeared after a few hours. However, it’s still not there for me. My staked Solana and regular Solana are all gone.

Could you please check this or tell me if there are any network problems? It would be very annoying if everything were gone.

Now I can’t even transfer my staking ORCA tokens from ORCA.so to my wallet, and I’m having the same problem with other sites.

It always says “Account closed,” but that can’t be right. I didn’t close the account, and I haven’t done anything else.

Please help! Can I reactivate it?

Thanks for the info. I didn’t actually transfer it to another wallet, though. And my staked SOL are gone too. When I try to transfer something to the wallet, I get a message saying “Account closed” or something like that. I’ve never had that happen before. Have my SOL been stolen? It would be great if someone could help or explain this to me. Thanks.

If you’re seeing Account Closed it is likely a token or stake account associated with your wallet was closed (not the wallet itself), which returns rent-exempt SOL back to the owner.

The SOL transaction is a stake withdrawal / account-closing transaction.

  1. Withdrew SOL from a stake account

  2. Transferred that SOL to
    ASgCyXcsqa1nbi4FvA7RjFdmd7qjnZnGfEXM3KL5jGKb

  3. Closed the stake account, reclaiming its rent

If you didn’t perform the transaction/unstake, your wallet could be compromised.

Typically, scams and phishing can occur a few ways:

  • You signed a malicious transaction

  • You downloaded a malicious third party extension or app

  • Your recovery phrase or private keys have been compromised or provided to someone

I staked this on Orca.so 7 days ago and wanted to withdraw it today. But when I click on “Claim Orca,” I get the message again: “Unknown: Account not found.” I’ve already done a lot of research, so I’m not a complete noob. Has anyone else had a similar problem? Did you use a SOL refund service recently? If so, you may have closed the ORCA token account.

There is also no SOL on the address to pay fees.

I bought 0.7 Sol, which were even still in my wallet for an hour. And now the account is simply closed. I don’t know what to do anymore. It’s so frustrating; I’ve been trying all day. Now I don’t know what to do. Like I said, I didn’t do anything at all; it was just gone. It sounds unbelievable, but it’s true. And I don’t think you need extra Sol to claim orcas. They’re included. I keep getting the message that the account has been removed.

I see many Closed Token Accounts in your history. You must reopen the token account if you closed it. You can do so by sending a small amount of that token to your address. This is very likely why you’re seeing the above error.

By the way, my Brave Rewards haven’t arrived in my account (G7EV7pGxCWPHQBTbQUdY4gDVKDVeqz9Qzka5QXgSNnBt) this month either.
