Sent tip, and friend tipped me but nothing

I sent out tips last month to my own youtube, but didnt get anything. Then I had a friend of mine send tips of his BAT to me on my YouTube I also didnt get his tips. At first I thought maybe I had to wait when the month pays out all BAT but nope nothing. So now I’m thinking maybe I’m supposed to get it 30 days after I sent the tip? Not really sure what’s going on and no one to contact

So then what’s going to happen to the BAT I sent out? As well as why haven’t I gotten my friends BAT because he sent max amount which was 70 at that time for some reason
