Secondary windows not opening

Description of the issue:
Chat window on merrell.com does not open; other windows frequently do not open when I click links to do so.
How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Go to https://www.merrell.com/US/en/content?caid=cs-help
2. Click Begin Chat or Chat (two ways to begin the chat).
3. Chat does not start

Expected result:
Chat should start.

Brave Version( check About Brave):

Version 1.27.111 Chromium: 92.0.4515.131 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:
Works fine on Chrome.
My settings in Brave prohibit popups, but this is intended to prevent unwanted advertising popups. I want to be able to open chat windows when I desire to. This occurs on many sites, implying that some other setting is controlling the behavior.

when you get to those kind of issue click on the lion icon on the right side of the address bar then disable the ads blocker and see if it work

if it work then enable it again and mode to advanced mode and try to change the ads tracker setting to lower level like standard or allow all same thing for fingerprint
and check if allow all cookies do the trick (check which combination of those 3 do the work)

if it disable the ads blocker did not work try to disable all extension and clear cache and see if it help
