"save password" pop-down sometimes needs continual pressing "save" or "never" & sometimes doesn't close

This is a known issue that we are working to resolve presently:

### Description Often times when the browser prompts you with a modal to perfor…m an action, you have to click the button twice in order of the action to go through. For example, the `Save password`/ `Update password` prompt that appears often requires you to click `Save` or `Update` twice in order to dismiss the prompt. ![Image](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/cd43e681-4750-400e-b4e7-8c35afc627a4) Prompts like this should should require only one click of the button to dismiss. ### Steps to reproduce 1. Login to a website in Brave 2.
