How can this issue be reproduced?

Install Brave. Install Roboform in Roborm settings and log in security. Set to Never (RoboForm will remain Unlocked). Close the browser and reopen. Roboform does not remain unlocked. It will constantly ask for password to unlock. This does not occur on Edge Firefox or Google Chrome only with Brave.
Expected result:
When set Roboform should remain unlocked.
