Right click a link and show blank page about:blank#blocked

Hi, I’m new use Brave Browser and encounter and error. While visit a web page and right click on the link and choose either “Open link in New tab” or “Open link in new windows”, it will show a black page with about:blank#blocked

Is there a way to resolve it as i got no issue on other browser (Chrome or Opera)
