Rewards Claimed but not showing in uphold account?

It’s been 3-4 days but I didn’t got any BAT’s from BravePublisher’s is this scam or what? even from last month I didn’t got any BAT’s.
Is that happeing coz I reinstalled my os and brave browser too? but auto contribution working pretty fine It deducted 1BAT from my uphold account once I tried but not receiving BAT’s from BravePublishers?
How this thing works I’m not getting it’s connected to uphold but not receiving?
Even if I lost 4 limit account limitation how do I get collect my BAT now and where?
