hey, it is because when Uphold disconnected, it was showing and will continue to show Rewards wallet balance till you are able to successfully connect to Uphold/Gemini.
The error is shown because your region is not supported for rewards verification at this time. Brave is working on getting support back for Brazil and India soon. These 2 regions are their priorities right now.
