Referral stats refresh

Hello,

I know i got about 4 people to use referral link, but my stats haven’t updated in 15 days, how can i refresh this?

In my case, “Referral Promo Stats” has not been updated for about 4 weeks.

But in my case, it is only updated “Referral Graph”

It has remained blocked since December 2019:
