I’m back on Brave after a long time away and would like to know which filters are recommended for the Brave shield so that I can avoid slowing down my browsing and get the most out of it. Please find attached the list of filters enabled for my shield.

By default, the browser is setup to block and filter most things that users would want to. If you notice that other content is appearing that you’d like to filter, then you can take a look at the options on the filters page and see if any of them are relevant to what you’re seeing. In general, you shouldn’t need to check any other filters.

If you have Annoyances enabled, Easylist Cookies list isn’t needed
So, to summarize, the filters I need to keep are: Fanboy’s Annoyances + uBo Annoyances (I’m disabling Easylist Cookie because it’s included in this) + Fanboy’s Mobile Notifications + Adguard Français, which was enabled by default in my case.
Is that correct @fanboynz ?

Okay, I’ll disable Mobile Notifications only on the desktop version of Brave, or can I disable it for the mobile version as well?

Okay, so to recap, I’m keeping Fanboy’s annoyance + uBo Annoyances (therefore EasyList Cookie + Fanboy’s Mobile Notifications must be disabled), I’m keeping Bypass Paywalls Clean Filter + AdGuard Français.
Is that right?
I only use EasyList Cookie. What am I missing?
I’m not really sure, but if I’m not mistaken, it’s the same list that µBlock uses, which is why I only use Fanboy’s annoyance + uBo Annoyances.
